Opening an unsigned beta.
Apple and Microsoft expect apps to carry a paid developer certificate. The Fit AI Connect beta doesn't have one yet, so your computer asks you to confirm the first time you open it.
On a Mac
- Open the downloaded file and drag Fit AI Connect into Applications.
- Open it. macOS says it can't verify the app. Click Done.
- Open System Settings, then Privacy & Security, and scroll down to the message about Fit AI Connect.
- Click Open Anyway and confirm with your password or Touch ID.
You only do this once. After that it opens like any other app.
On Windows
- Run the downloaded installer.
- If a blue Windows protected your PC window appears, click More info.
- Click Run anyway and follow the installer.
Is that safe?
The warning means the app isn't signed with a certificate, not that anything was found in it. Only download Fit AI Connect from this website. Signed builds will follow once the beta settles, and these steps will go away.
